Mary Anne Newkirk, LMT
My work focuses on normalizing muscles and other soft tissues: addressing adhesions, scar tissue, and trigger points to maximize muscle function and joint range of motion. I use a wide variety of manual therapy techniques from gentle to deep tissue to locate and address soft tissue dysfunction and restore tissue health.​ I work with clients from age 18 to 85.
Licensed and practicing since 2002, I work with clients to see the connection between their activities and impacts on their bodies and coach them to make more informed choices about posture and other self-care activities. My specialty areas include​:
